Your feedback is super important to us, and we appreciate that you may not be able to join us for the full three days of Congress. Which is why we have reintroduced 1-Day Passes! These are available for both Lecture and Exhibition Only ticket options.

Choose to attend the full conference — aka the best Congress experience! Or, if you just want to network and do business, opt for the Exhibition Only ticket. Whichever you choose, we can't wait to welcome you!

Delegate Lecture 1-Day & 3-Day Passes include:

  • The full conference experience — access all areas of the event on your ticket day(s)
  • Entry into the Exhibition Hall to meet industry reps and enjoy the feature areas, the Wellbeing Zone and visit the Exhibition Theatre for extra free CPD
  • Access to all Main Programme CPD: lectures, discussions, interactive sessions and free drop-in practical CPD, on the ticket day(s)
  • Access to the Exhibitor Theatre CPD — with sessions run by our exhibitors and non-clinical streams
  • Access to the Practical Village CPD — drop in for a free hands-on practical workshop. No need to book!
  • Access to the Wellbeing Zone — offering a range of workshops, lectures, and resources focussed on wellbeing. Plus a quiet room hosted by EventWell.
  • Complimentary Lunch and refreshments on the ticket day(s)
  • Post-event access to the lecture recordings, that will be available to stream on demand via the BSAVA Library. Day pass holders will have access to the lecture content from the day attended and full passes include all recorded content.

Exhibition Only 1-Day Tickets include:

  • Entry into the Exhibition Hall on the ticket day(s) to meet with industry reps and colleagues, or enjoy one of the feature areas
  • NB: Lunch is not included with exhibition only tickets. Refreshments can be purchased from a dedicated Catering Point.

Don't forget, a Lecture Pass will give you full access to the exhibition hall whilst you are there, so you don't need to book an extra separate exhibition only ticket for the same day.

With 22 modules, there are over 132 hours of available CPD at BSAVA Congress 2023!

Each lecture and practical workshop equals: 20-30 minutes = 0.5 CPD Point or 40-60 minutes = 1 CPD Point.

Available by attending sessions within the main programme, practical workshops, Abstracts and the Exhibition Theatre, you can collect a total of 6 hours of CPD per day.

Additional CPD can be obtained each day by attending our practical drop in sessions or the lectures taking place in the exhibition theatre.

Keep an eye on your inbox after the event as we will be sending all delegates a self-completing CPD certificate by email, for you to record your attendance.

Yes! If you are looking to send the whole practice, we can offer 20% discount on all listed registration categories when booking five or more tickets.

Venue accessibility

With our move to Manchester Central, we are able to deliver all programme content and the exhibition within the same venue.

Most of our lecture space and exhibition is on the ground floor/street level and can be accessed via the main entrance.

All entrances are fully ramped and accessible. Once inside, any sessions held in rooms located on the first floor can be accessed via stairs or lifts.

The exhibition hall will have a number of seating areas around catering, and within dedicated lounges for our guests to rest between sessions.

There is also plenty of space in the Exchange Auditorium for wheelchairs.

If you have any concerns or would like to discuss your needs, please do contact us via email at or telephone +44(0)1452 726720 to speak to the Congress Team. Alternatively, you may contact the venue's First Aid department on + 44(0)1618 342700 ext. 2211
