Adrian graduated from Cambridge University Veterinary School in 1989. After graduation he spent a year in mixed practice. Adrian has worked at the Royal Veterinary College since joining as an Intern in 1990. Adrian obtained the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Cardiology in 1993 and the RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Cardiology in 1996. Adrian obtained the ECVIM Cardiology Diploma in 2001. Adrian is currently Professor of Veterinary Cardiology and Vice Principal for Learning, Teaching and Assessment. Adrian’s main clinical and research interests lie in the diagnosis, progression and treatment of acquired canine cardiovascular diseases. Adrian has been involved in a number of significant clinical trials and is interested in the barriers to implementation of research findings in primary care practice.
